  Spoke with Stacy to look at a newly listed rental in the area and were told we would receive a call back with a showing time due to current tenants. We were first to call on the listing. A week later we have not heard back yet and when we contacted company again, we were told the house was rented to someone who was moving here out of town and filled out application online and provided the deposit. The option was not presented to us and we were asked to wait for a showing time.
  
  Seems agency is concerned about renting it to just about anyone and not a first come first serve basis. Shady business and we will not attempt to rent through this company.
